Tific Decor Ltd do not dispatch your items, they are delivered to you directly from the supplier who are happy to ship your home products to where you want with minimum fuss and maximum convenience. However, please contact us if you have any questions about this shipping policy.

Please note that this Delivery and shipping policy is part of our Terms and Conditions which you agree to when you use our website and buy our products.

    1. UK Mainland Delivery
      1. All deliveries within the UK mainland only.
      2. Delivery is within 1 - 15 working days this varies depending on the item you have ordered. However, delivery is usually within a few days. You will be able to find out when your specific item will be delivered at the checkout. You may also get an email advising you when delivery will be.
      3. In some cases a faster delivery option may be given at the checkout where for an extra charge your item may be delivered, for example, the next day or within 7 days etc.
      4. All orders are dispatched using a courier service the company may vary depending on your region.
      5. Please note it may not be possible to choose a specific day or time for your delivery. All information about the delivery of your item will be given at the checkout.
      6. The cost of delivery to UK non-mainland locations such as Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands & Islands depends on the size and weight of the consignment. Rates may vary, therefore, we will contact you with shipping costs before any payment is taken and the order despatched or it will be stated at the checkout.

Normally, you will receive your item within a few working days. However we do not deliver at weekends or on bank holidays. Please be aware that during certain periods there may be delays due to a large volume of orders or for reasons out of our control We will notify you by email if this is the case.

There may be an optional next working day delivery for an additional charge on certain items only. However, please contact us if you have any special requirements as we are happy to discuss this with you.

    1. Delays and lost items

We do not take any responsibility for any delays in sending your items or any items lost or damaged during delivery. We will do our utmost to send your items to you as quickly as possible but cannot accept any responsibility for any delays or losses where the cause was out of our control. For example, you gave us the wrong address by mistake or the van carrying your item broke down.

If you believe that your order has been delivered in poor condition, please do not sign for it and return it with the driver. Undelivered items must be in the original packaging.

    1. Refunds and Returns

In some cases your delivery may be free of charge, however, if you return any goods, you must cover the cost of return shipping. For more information on refunds please refer to our Terms and Conditions or our Returns Policy.
